Wine Dinner: A Barolo Masterclass with Matangi Farms Beef

${symbol}${ activeVariant.price | money }

On June 3rd, for one night only, we are celebrating some of the best wines of Piemonte from the Fenocchio family alongside the exceptional Wagyu beef of the Haselsteiner family of Matangi Farm.

We’ll begin as we always do, with bubbles and canapés on arrival, allowing you to settle into The Wine Room. From there, Chef Alfie Ingham will take us through a series of generous Northern Italian dishes, designed for the season and built around the depth and elegance that can only be found in a glass of Barolo.

Guiding the evening will be Richard Klein, New Zealand's authority on Italian wine, sharing his knowledge and passion and recent stories of time in Italy, and it's most revered wine region.

As Chef Alfie Ingham carves Matangi Farm aged Ribeye at the table, we'll walk through ranks of Barolo from Giacomo Fenocchio, starting with the world-famous regional blend, to the single-site and single-parcel Barolo wines.
