To mark the arrival of the Year of the Horse, Chef Ryan Moore presents a celebratory set menu inspired by rituals of abundance, generosity and shared fortune.

The evening begins with a glass of Krug Champagne on arrival, before unfolding into a layered, generous feast — designed to linger over, to share, and to welcome prosperity to the table.

A quietly opulent expression of tradition and indulgence, where symbolism, flavour and occasion meet — best enjoyed slowly, and together.

With a wine list of more than 400 bottles, guests are invited to be guided by our expert wine team to find the perfect pairing for the evening.
