Giacomo Fenocchio is a family-run winery renowned for crafting exceptional, traditional-style Barolo. Now in the experienced hands of Giacomo’s son, Claudio, their low-intervention approach in the vineyard results in wines that truly reflect the region’s terroir.

Located in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto, the Villero vineyard is renowned for producing some of the most elegant and complex Barolos in the Langhe region. Sitting at an altitude of 280-320 meters, the vineyard benefits from a south-west-facing slope, which is ideal for ripening Nebbiolo grapes. The soil is a mix of clay and limestone, which contributes to the wine’s refined structure and aromatic intensity.
