Chardonnay clone 95 is grown on the estate’s north-facing limestone soils, where the extended growing season preserves acidity and mineral tension.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was harvested by hand and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place entirely in French oak barriques with ambient yeast.
